水浸しの駐車場に住民が苦情

バンダ･サンウェイのラグーン・ペルダナ・アパートの住人たちは、いつも水浸しになる駐車場に悩まされている。大雨の後などはたいてい地下の駐車場は水浸し状態になる。住人たちは、雨が降り始めたと思ったら、すぐに車を地下駐車場から移動させなくてはならない。これは2004年ごろから続いているそうだ。住人は管理会社LT Sdn Bhdにコンプレインしたが、今のところ改善されていない。

管理会社のコメント
工事会社へ工事の依頼は済ませています。地下へ水が流れ込まないようなシステムにする予定です。工事の完了まで1年近くかかるとのことですので、住人の方々においては、今しばらくの辛抱をお願いしたいと思います。

Car park under water

RESIDENTS of Lagoon Perdana apartments in PJS 9/1, Bandar Sunway , are worried that floods would damage their cars parked in the basement.
They claim the basement is normally inundated after a downpour.
"Each time the water starts rising, we have to move our cars from the basement. We have been facing this problem since 2004," says JAMES, who contacted Hotline on behalf of the residents.
He says they have complained to the management, LT Sdn Bhd, but to date nothing has changed.

● A LT Sdn Bhd spokesman says they have appointed a contractor to set up a water proofing system to prevent water from flowing into the basement.
"We hope the residnets will be patient.Work on the system will be completed in a year's time.We appointed the contractor six months ago and they need a year and a half to complete the project." he says.
