バイク青年がバッファローに激突死

【クアラ・トレンガヌ 】昨日クアラ・トレンガヌで20歳の学生アハマド・シャキル・ラムリさんの運転するオートバイがバファローに激突し死亡する事故が起きた。また、同乗していた19歳のフィルダウス・モハマッドさんも頭と全身に重傷を負っており病院で治療している。事故は午前0時30分ごろ起きた。アハマドさんとフィルダウスさんはクアンタンに向けて走行中だった。続けて車を運転していたマット・デリス・マット・ジン（３９）さんがこのバッファローに激突したが、幸いにもマットさんは無傷だった。その後村人がこのバッファローを屠殺した。

Student killed after bike hits buffalo

[ KUALA TERENGGANU ] A Mara student was killed and his pillion rider seriously injured after their motorcycle ploughed into a buffalo at the 60th kilometre of the Jerangau-Jabor road.
Ahmad Syakir Ramli,20,died of severe head injuries at the Kuala Terengganu Hospital at 5am yesterday.
His pillion rider , Firdaus Mohamad,19,has been warded at the hospital for head and body injuries.
State Public Order and Traffic chief Supt Farid Mahmud said the accident happened at 12.30am yesterday when Ahmad Syakir,a student at the Mara Skills Training Institute in Pekan, Pahang,and Firdaus were travelling from here to Kuantan.
The buffalo was then hit by an oncoming car but the driver,Mat Deris Mat Zin,39,from Jelawat,Kota Baru,was unhurt.
Farid said the villagers later slaughtered the animal.
