トラックが７歳の少女をはねる

[クラン]　昨日、学校へ行くためシャパドゥ・ハイウェイを横切ろうとした７歳の少女がトレーラーに引かれて死亡した。レンダー・アガマ・ランタウ・パンジャン学校へ通うヌル・サリナ・サパレディ（７）は頭を強く打ち、午後1時15分に息を引き取った。目撃者によると、彼女は交通監督者が指示する中で10人の生徒といっしょに道を横切ろうとしたが、クランからノース・ポートに向かうトラックにはねられた。
怒った地域住人はトラックドライバーを襲い、トレーラーに火をつけた。
クラン交通警察によると、定住権をもつ35歳のインドネシア人ドライバーは軽い傷を負ったという。ドライバーは地域住人によって午後2時10分、警察に引き渡された。

編集長コメント：交通事故の際、マレーシアでは地域住人によるリンチが行われることがあり、最悪の場合命を落とします。人をはねてしまった場合、周囲の状況を見て、身の危険が感じられる場合は一旦現場を離れ、警察に直接出頭する方が賢明な場合もあります。

Pupil run over,trailer set on fire

KLANG： A year one pupil of Sekolah Rndah Agama Rantau Panjang died after she was run over by a trailer befor her mother's eyes while crossing the Shahpadu Highway to get to her school yesterday.
Nur Salina Saparedi,7,died on the spot at about 1.15pm after suffering serious head injuries.
She was crossing the road with 10 other pupils under the supervision of a traffic warden when she was hit by the lorry travelling from Klang to the North Port,according to eyewitnesses.
An angry crowed beat up the trailler driver and set fire to the vehicle which was laden with steel rods.
klang acting traffic police chief,Chief Insp Ruslan Ramli,said the trailer driver,status,was lightly injured in the attack.
He was handed over to police by the residents at 2.10pm and detained to help in the investigation.
